Privacy Policy for BingoSprout

This Privacy Policy explains how BingoSprout handles information when you use the game. BingoSprout is a single-player puzzle game for iPhone and iPad.
Information Stored on Your Device
BingoSprout stores game progress, best scores, earned stars, unlocked levels, music preferences, and vibration settings locally on your device. This information supports the game experience and can be reset from within the app. The developer does not receive this local save data through the core offline gameplay system.
App Tracking Transparency
On iOS 14 and later, BingoSprout may display Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission request before advertising services are initialized. Your choice is handled by iOS. If you deny permission, the game continues to work and advertising partners do not receive access to the Identifier for Advertisers from the app.
Advertising and Network Requests
BingoSprout includes third-party advertising SDKs from Chartboost, Yandex Mobile Ads, Vungle, and InMobi. After the tracking permission flow is complete, the app requests advertising configuration using its bundle identifier. Only advertising platforms returned by that configuration are initialized.
Advertising providers may process device information, IP address, advertising identifiers when permitted, ad interaction data, diagnostics, and similar information to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertisements. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies. Ads require a network connection, but the core game remains playable offline.
Security Services
BingoSprout uses HSSecurity to help protect the app and advertising environment against abuse and invalid activity. The security SDK may process a device-scoped identifier, app identifier, network information, diagnostics, and security signals. Its included privacy manifest declares tracking and the domain jcc-fans-service.dataeye.com.
Data Sharing
The developer does not sell personal information directly. Information may be transmitted to the advertising and security providers described above when their services are active. Those providers may use information according to their policies and your device privacy settings.
Children's Privacy
BingoSprout is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information through a third-party service may contact the developer.
Data Retention and Control
Local game data remains on your device until you reset progress, remove the app, or clear its data. Advertising and security providers determine retention periods for information they process. You can manage tracking permission in iOS Settings and can contact the relevant provider regarding its data practices.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when the app, legal requirements, or third-party services change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
